Adding Notes to Recipes

Good Morning,

I am in the process of making the maple bacon biscuit bake and wanted to make a notation on the recipe -- I have it in my recipe box on the site. If I click on the recipe it takes me to the KAF recipe and there is no place to make notes - can I make notes on the recipe on site or do I need to print it to make a note (I cooked the bacon too long; 25 minutes would have worked for me)

Thanks for any help, Carol

I'm sorry, Carol. I just tried to do this myself, but there isn't a place for adding personal comments to a recipe in your box, other than the community posts/reviews. ~Amy

Thanks Amy,

I can copy it to my MacGourmet file and make notes there -- it's a great program because it has room for all the information like where the recipe came from.

BTW, the biscuits were DELICIOUS!

I'd like to be able to do this too. I had to add more syrup than what was called for.

I agree, they were AWESOME! And they were gone in minutes :)

Will, my son, saved some for today - he has good willpower! They really are delicious - my DH said the recipe's a keeper! I followed PJ's comments on the blog to add more brown sugar and use less flour - I threw in a little maple flavor to boost the syrup.

I can't remember who was asking about these, but found this thread while noodling around and thought I would bring it back up.
