Keri, I need help! On my personal page, under account settings, the little box for placing a picture is 'greyed' out. It will not let me browse or put a picture in. It will not even allow me to click on it. What is the problem and how do I fix it! Please help me. I'm seriously computer challenged!

Hi Cindy,
What kind of computer are you using (laptop, ipad, regular computer, mac, etc)? Also, what kind of internet browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc)?
Also, just to make sure you're looking in the right place, towards the bottom of the account settings page there is a section that has the following:
----------------------------------------
Upload picture :
[_____________] [Browse...]
Your virtual face or picture. Maximum dimensions are 1000x1000 and the maximum size is 100 kB.
-----------------------------------------
Normally to upload a picture you can either click on the Browse button or you can also click in the white box. Is that what you're doing?

Keri, the problem seems to be with my iPad. When I'm on the computer, there is no problem with accessing the browse box. The real problem is that the picture I want to use is on the iPad. Maybe I can figure out how to email the picture to myself and open it on the computer. That way I'll have the picture where I need it.
Let me try that, and if it doesn't work, I'll let you know.

Aha! That's exactly it. Unfortunately the KAF site is not yet 100% compatible with the iPad. I'm using my own to type this, and it does have some limitations. Please let me know if you need any help getting you picture transfered to a PC.
