Hi. A couple of days ago (or longer, who can remember), I swear I saw a blog about bacon cheddar chives scones in which the blogger made the scones in zip lock bag. I can't find that blog now. Could you please direct me to it? Also, I'd like to serve them for dinner tomorrow. Is there a good point at which I can chill them (as opposed to freeze them?) Thanks!

Also, I have made scones through the point where they are ready to go into the oven, then put them in the fridge overnight. Pop them, cold, into the oven the next day. Delicious!
