Is it okay to store baking powder in the freezer? Thanks

I don't see why not, freezing shouldn't harm any of the ingredients.
However, be sure you have it in a well-sealed container, otherwise it is likely to absorb odors. (People put containers of baking soda in the freezer to absorb odors, after all, and baking soda is one of the ingredients in baking powder.)

Store it in a glass jar at room temperature (my jar is recycled from jam). I buy baking powder in bulk and store 1 pound at a time this way until it is all used.

You must use a LOT of baking powder! I go through one of those little containers of it in about a year.

I wouldn't freeze it. Even if it's well-sealed, you risk condensation when the BP is removed from the freezer and the moisture isn't going to be beneficial.
