buying whole grains

Hello,

I have started a small bakery in Cranston Rhode Island
what I am looking for if possible is unmilled grains, white, red, wheat, rye, spelt,as I like to mill my flour ..and store it in my food buckets for later use.

Can King Arthur supply me with such grains? I would be willing to come up and make PICK UP MYSELF AS TO expedite.

thank you,
I really enjoy using your many products.

Sincerely,

Michael D'Agnillo

Hi Michael - the professional flour side of KA does not offer whole grains. That said, you should check with your local distributor. Many of them carry 25# sacks of rye, wheat and spelt berries, just to name a few options. Alternatively, you could contact a regional mill that mills specialty grain products. Lindley Mills in Graham, North Carolina is one such source. They can be reached at 336-376-6190.
