Caramel Rolls
Yay! I just received an order for three dozen caramel rolls. Hallelujah, some $ in my pocket. I will be busy tomorrow, as I'll have to ship them on Wednesday. They are only for family in Colorado, but they insist on paying! I love my family!

Awesome pammyowl! This is what I am hoping will happen with my bread making and desserts. Eventually someone is going to want one of those irresistible carrot cakes! : )
Man alive you are going to be busy - three dozen. Curious - how are you going to package and ship them?

I'll bake them in aluminum pans with covers. You know the type, disposable/recyclable ones. Then box them with air bag padding. I shop often on amazon, and they put these in their boxes for padding. I always save them. Then send priority mail. That is what I did at Christmas and everyone said the foods arrived fresh as a daisy! UPS will ship things packed in dry ice, but I couldn't find it out here in the Boonies, so I gave it a shot sending without it, and it paid off.

Pammy, check welding supply companies, they often carry dry ice too.

Update; shipped on Wed. arrived of Friday. Perfectly fresh, as usual! I wrapped them, pan and all, in cling wrap and tinfoil. Fresh as the day they were baked, they said. Of course they had to sample immediately!

Thanks, Cindy! It is always a nail biter when you ship fresh baked goods. Will they get there on time, undamaged? Will they still be fresh? What a relief when all ends up as it should!

Congrat pammyowl! Of course you want to know that your hard work/effort and baked goods arrive just as beautiful as when they came out of the oven.
How did you ever manage to not taste test for QC, especially since I'm sure the aroma was absolutely wonderful? [sigh]

I made four pans, one for QC. I would never send a product that wasn't perfect. That way, I have plenty to hand out to friends. Good (almost free) advertising!

Having that extra pan for QC and handing out as samples is the cheapest advertising money you will ever spend. Smart move, pammyowl!
