From coffeecake to muffins - baking time?
If I want to convert a coffeecake recipe to a muffin recipe, how should I adjust the baking temp and time? I plan to use my square muffin pan and make individual little cakes. :)
The recipe has fruit in it.

Bake at 325F for 18 minutes and then start testing. When they are golden brown and smell "done" they are done.

aak, just go to the left of what you are reading, and you will see < ...add a recipe > in blue lettering... It doesn't take much more than looking at the boxes and putting the parts in the right boxes. YOU CAN DO IT. ;))))
