cookie mix past expiration

Hi, I just noticed my Jacque Torres cookie mix is one month past the expiration date. Do you think it is still safe to use? I hate to pitch the mix without trying, but don't want to get anyone sick by using it. THoughts?

One month does not seem to be a problem. At 1 YEAR I would suggest to toss it.

Is this a dry mix or a refrigerated mix?

A dry mix should be OK for several months past the date, refrigerated ones are more time-sensitive.
