For what it's worth, the large Danish Dough Whisk is the perfect tool for mixing up large quantities of beans, salsa and spices to make burritos.
Isn't it wonderful when you can re-purpose an item? I use my dough whisk for all kinds of mixing.
I made spaghetti sauce with part 80/20 angus burgers. It really had too much fat and after all was said and done, I had a layer of fat floating on top. Well, scooped the top layer into my glass fat separator (item # 6124a) and then poured the sauce back into the pot and the grease went out in the garbage. Worked like a charm. The solids were caught in the mesh top. Love that gadget.

my grandsons happened to be here the day my danish whisk was delivered, and when i pulled it out of the box, my youngest boy said 'what is that, a taser?'...so we call it the taser whisk...they've all had a chance to use it by now and i think they like it as much as i do....lots of good uses!
