Ingredients
3 over ripe bananas
3 tablespoons softend butter
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons molasses
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour(kaf of course)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder pinch of salt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.Add in bananas,molasses and eggs until smooth. Whisk flour,baking soda,baking powder,salt together in another bowl.Add to banana mixture,beat until smooth.Fold in nuts.Bake in 81/2x41/2 greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350degrees.(I often bake this in mini loaf pans,I get four small loaves out of it.Adjust baking time for small loaves,about 45min.)
