Deli-rye flavor

What exactly is in your Deli Rye flavor? I looked up the product, but it didn't have a 'nutritional information' link.

It looks like it's a powder... Is it similar to rye extract that people use as a sort of health tonic? I've heard of something called Oralmat, but that's described as a liquid.

Can you reveal the ingredients of Deli Rye flavor?

Are any of the ingredients in Deli Rye Flavor also in the Rye Bread Improver?

If I were buying just one of those items, which would I buy?

Below is a link to the information on the rye bread improver. It does in fact contain the deli rye flavor and lists the ingredients. The improver will enhance the rise of the bread and hinder a crumbly texture, while the flavoring is merely to enhance flavor.

I would also recommend the Rye Bread Improver as it has the deli rye in it. I have used it and am pleased with it. I hope this helps.
