Dragon tails
Hello everybody. With lots of help from my husband I finally managed to put 2 pictures on my page from the dragontail bread. So Kittykat, you made me learn something new. I don't really know how well I learned it, probably have to have his help again next time. But for now ....here they are! Ria.

Ria, your bread looks absolutely wonderful! Wow, this is the first time I ever heard of dragontails. I love the name, it reminds me of Harry Potter.

I don't know what kind of bread this is but it is truly beautiful. Where did the recipe come from?

Hi diannet. I got this recipe from www.wildyeastblog.com/2010/09/12dragon-tail-baguettes .
Susan from Wild Yeast posted a video on U-tube on how to cut them. Like Mike said it is very much like
a pain d'eppi (I don't know if I spelled that right). Ria
