GF (or Not) Apple Cinnamon Doughnuts

I seem to be finding a lot of GF recipes lately. This one comes with instructions (and a recipe) for GF flour or AP flour.

Wow, Jan, her photos are incredible! So beautiful. Oh, yeah, the donuts look great, too 😄! Interesting how the apple rings are encased in the dough. Might have to give these a go some cool morning. Maybe when I have the sisters over for scones. Apple donuts and blueberry scones. Now, that's the way to start the day!
