how to replace baking soda with baking powder?

i know i have this info somewhere, but i can't seem to find it....how do i replace baking soda with baking powder?...i want to tinker with a cookie recipe and i don't think the baking soda will be adequate if i leave out the lemon juice...thanks for any ideas.

The original recipe has both baking soda and lemon juice? you want to skip the juice?

Just use the same teaspoon measure of baking powder as was given for soda. Baking powder is a little heavier.

that's what i needed....i have lots of substitutions memorized, but this isn't one i've used much (if at all) so i wasn't sure if it was 1 to 1 or needed something different...thanks so much!
