Measurements

Hi I would like to know what the measurements for ingredients are to bake 50 - 60 11/2 lb loaves of 100 percent wheat bread from your basic honey wheat bread recipe.I have the measurements for the basic recipe I just need to have it converted for a larger batch.

Connie, this is a user's forum primarily for home bakers, your question probably needs to go to the professional bakers department at King Arthur Flour or in the Pro Baker Group area.

Connie,

As Mike mentioned, this would be a great question for our Pro Baker group, which you can find here:

When you start getting up into making dozens of loaves at a time, it's often easiest to start using what's called "Baker's Percentages". If you're unfamiliar with that term we have a great description of it here:

Happy baking!

Good afternoon. Connie, If you do not get any help I can do it for you. The only recipe I could locate is the "HONEY WHEAT ROLLS" Is that the recipe you are wanting to bake into loaves????

Good luck & enjoy the rest of the day young lady.
