mini king cakes

Can I make the mini king cakes up to putting them in the pans for the last rising then put them in the fridge until morning then bake them?

This recipe is a little on the "sweet" side. An extended rise may result in a slightly heavier mini-cake. No harm in trying, but these come out better baked straight through. Happy Baking, Frank @ KAF.
