Purchased the cloche bread baker and used the Crusty Cloche Bread recipe. The bread is great - nice texture, crust and flavor! I would like to use the cloche for some no knead artisan bread recipes but I don't know which ones will work well. Any suggestions? Thanks!
No knead artisan breads that work in a cloche baker

I make my white and whole wheat no knead recipes in the cloche as well as many other recipies...they are all great!
I made a fairly standard sourdough in the cloche but not any no-knead breads.
If you go to breadtopia.com, you will see many no-knead, or almost no-knead breads, all baked in the la cloche. Watch the videos for simple to follow instructions. You can change up this bread in so many ways according to your taste. I like to add l cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and have very sucessfully made a cinnamon-raisin no knead. I do not own a la cloche, but bake in an old stoneware liner from a crockpot, that has a glass lid,or my recently acquired Le Creuset dutch oven. Any of these vessels would work well.
A bread I am dying to try is "Pastor Ryans Bloomin Herb Bread"..found on thepioneerwoman.com. And, if you are a fan of bread pudding, be sure to try her recipe for that also.
In my recipes you will find "Simple Crusty Bread" which is no knead. Can be made in Dutch oven, on bread stone, whatever.
