Here is a twist when using the gluten free bread mix

Ingredients
8 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/4 cup lukewarm water
3 eggs
2oz diced lemon peal
2 oz diced citron
1 teaspoon pure lemon extract
1 box of King Arthur glutenfree bread mix
Instructions
mix according to the Gluten free bread mix on box.At the very end of the mixing process mix in the diced lemon peal and citron and the pure lemon extract. bake according to the box.
