pie crust
What temperature do you bake the all butter pie crust from KAF? I can't seem to find the temp or time needed.

Are you baking a fruit pie? I use 400F for the first 10 minutes, and then 350F until the fruit filling is bubbling out of the holes--in a Pyrex plate.
Unfilled shell? Try 375F for 10 minutes, then 350F until golden.
Dense pie like pecan/chess/custard? Most tricky. It depends on whether you are using a Pyrex or metal pie plate. Try 375F for the first 15 minutes, then turn it down to 325F to avoid burning the filling.
