Pizza dough

I have two questions. I want to make some pizza dough and I have a 2# Zo..What is the smallest amount of flour you can put in your zo..The recipe in their book for pizza dought makes like 2 or 3 very large pizzas. I do not need that much dough at once..I think it takes 4cups of flour, can you half that, or is 2 cups not enough for the machine?
Also, do you have any killer pizza recipes..thanks

the nice thing about pizza dough is that if usually freezes very well. If is was me, I would mix up the whole batch, divide the dough into whatever size you need; then bake one and freeze the rest. Think of how easy it will be the next time you want pizza dough. Jan

The recipe I have posted for pizza dough is one I made in a Zo classic many times. It makes about 30 ounces of dough, which is good for 5 or so 12 inch thin crust pizzas or 2 thick crust pizzas

I've had lousy luck freezing pizza dough - or perhaps the fault is in thawing it.

How do you handle frozen pizza dough?
