Pumpkin Pie
I used the King Arthur Gluten-Free Pie Crust for our annual Thanksgiving pumpkin pie this year (my husband was diagnosed as gluten intolerant in July). The crust is DELICIOUS! It was flaky yet moist and held the filling beautifully - you would never be able to tell it is gluten-free.
I cannot say enough about this pie crust - it will be the only one I use in the future.
