rye caraway bread

I would like to make some caraway rye bread, do I use the medium rye, rye flour blend or the white rye?

They'll all work, it mostly depends on what you like.

Personally, I like a coarse rye flour, ie, a pumpernickel flour, and the darker the better.

BTW, I have a buttermilk caraway rye bread recipe posted here that works well in a bread machine.

Mike, I'm new to this site, would like to get a copy of your buttermilk caraway rye bread recipe. But I don't know how to get to your recipe.
