Scone Mixes

I love the Cream Tea Scone mix. I have the Peaches and Cream mix that calls for butter, egg and milk. Can I substitute heavy cream like I use in the Cream Tea mix for the butter egg and milk? If so, how much heavy cream?

You may substitute the same amount of heavy cream for the milk in the scone mix.
