You won't get exactly the same effect, Susan, but you can try thawed frozen apple juice concentrate. Or cranberry juice concentrate or cherry juice concentrate (different flavors, same intensity). Maple syrup or honey, but you'll be missing the apple flavor... We'll be getting our new supply in beginning of net month, if you want to try the real thing.

Isn't the cider jelly sold by KAF the same thing, just boiled down more? Might be almost a one to one substitution.
