Sugar Cookie Recipe Using Almond Flour
Hi all!
I've done some hunting around on the community site, but haven't found an answer to this question (so please forgive me if I'm repeating an old topic).
Is there such a thing as a sugar cookie recipe that uses almond flour - that will produce a dough that can be rolled and cut (and cookies will retain their shapes well)?
I wasn't sure if the properties of the almond flour would change the end result - and I haven't been very successful finding recipes via Google that indicate the visual results are as good as by using regular flour.
Appreciate any info! Thanks much!
Kelly

Check out the gluten free sugar cookie recipes. You can replace all of the wheat or rice flour as long as you use some xanthan gum to hold the cookie dough together for rolling.
