Every week to ten days, I make the buttermilk sourdough cinnamon swirl bread, 2 loaves, and use the rest for either ww loaves or white sandwich loaves or rolls.

The bread that I bake the

The bread that I bake the most is the King Arthur Oatmeal Bread without the raisins. This recipe was on a flour bag and I have tried other oatmeal breads but so far nothing tops this one.

Come Friday, I know I need to make my crusty Artisan bread for Saturday's dinner, and my husband loves it sliced, toasted, with an egg on top for breakfast. Chewy, moist, fragrant with a nice cracked crust....YUMMM.

No Knead Artisian Bread. Hubby doesn't care much for the chewy texture and hard crust, but the daughter and I LOVE it!

The Oatmeal Bread recipe that I found on the side of the KAF Bread Flour Bag!! It's by far my most requested loaf. Sometimes I put in craisens or raisens, other times, just leave it plain. Give it a try.

My wife & I are Diabetic. I've learned that Sourdough bread is better, or less harmful than other types of bread especially whole wheat breads. Sourdough slows digestion which slows the rate that carb's enter the bloodstream.

I've been baking a lot o Nancy's Whole Wheat, using WWW. I also love KAF's Old Fashioned Oatmeal Bread. It makes great toast.

I say "other" even though I do a lot of sourdough, I flip-flop with other Artisan-style breads.

Sourdough pizza crust at least every other week. Brilliant.

Variations of plain, soft

Variations of plain, soft white rolls. Sometimes I add dried roasted onions, sometimes I use an egg wash or top with cheese before baking.

So far its been baguettes...it just doesn't feel right if a week goes by and I haven't at least made the dough for them.

I make semolina baguettes most often. I know what you mean about making baguettes. I bought a french baguette pan (double) about 10 yrs ago and am now using the H... out of it. I love baking bread. Made the Burger rolls that were featured, today, but they were a little too sweet, for burgers. Will cut back on the honey. Also, subbed half of the white flour for white whole wheat and it was great. Rising time was 2hrs for the 1st and 1-45 for the 2nd. Baked them for 18 min at 375.

My semolina recipe is soooo simple. Have had it for years. It's the best I ever tasted.
