Wolfberry Bread
Back in the "Good old days," when I was a young kid, mother always had home made bread for meals and snacks. She used Mother's Best flour which came in many colored cloth bags. The bags were used for everything from dish towels to dresses. I am glad I was a boy. I remember once when the bread tasted terrible and dad called it mother's worst. He took the flour back to the grocery store.
Now at 77, and an older kid, I delight in flour based creations. I am best known for my wolfberry bread (rasin bread recipe with dried goji-wolfberries instead of rasins) and my wolfberry blender muffins. The blender muffins have ingredients added in reverse order of that usully used. The wet ingredients go in first and the dry last.
